Tim has been an executive in the outsourced product development and engineering services industry for nearly 30 years. As the COO of Emphysis and CEO of Foliage before that, Tim has deep domain experience in the areas of Medical Devices, Healthcare Information Systems, Automation and Robotics within complex capital equipment as well as the development of products within the aerospace and telecom industries. Tim has been an advisor and consultant to OEMs, Engineering Service Providers and the investment community, writing and working with Full Spectrum’s clients on the underlying technology and product development strategies needed to drive rapid returns on development dollars.

Matt is an innovative leader within the Life Sciences and Medical Device industry, joining Full Spectrum after leading Medical Device and Life Sciences in the Americas for Capgemini. A proven strategic thinker and leader with over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Matt has experience leading and growing businesses and divisions that maintain high and differentiated value in the market. An entrepreneur at heart, Matt understands the interplay and impact of technology, industry challenges/opportunities, and regulatory evolution and has worked throughout the industry forging the creative teaming relationships required to develop market changing products.

A seasoned technical manager and entrepreneur, Adam brings more than 15 years of Medical Device and Healthcare Information systems experience to Full Spectrum, coming most recently from a leadership role in BD’s Diabetes division, and leading a major modernization program of Medtronic’s CareLink platform before that. Adam has direct and deep development experience in both these industries as well as robotics and automation systems, working both within the medical OEM and the product development services industries, Adam leverages these experiences to provide leadership in the strong, repeatable processes required to deliver creating technical solutions into highly competitive markets.

John has been an executive and business development leader in the Medical Device and Healthcare Information Systems industry for nearly 30 years, including leading the Innovative Product Development division of Altran as its CEO. Over his career John also held sales and sales management roles for Emphysys, Cerner Corporation, Meditech, and Versyss. With an extensive background in sales leadership and general management, John brings his core skills of team building, mentorship, and client relationship development to Full Spectrum. John holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and served four years in the U.S. Navy.

Bob is an experienced engineering leader and team builder with a focus on results. With technical strengths gained from more than 30 years in medical device systems engineering, systems and software validation, safety risk analysis, quality management and project management. Bob spent 15 years Baxter’s drug delivery division, where he led the systems engineering group. Bob has the role of player coach at Full Spectrum, leading the Systems Engineering Team, while providing his deep insights directly to our clients. Bob is a strong believer in cadence driven project management techniques. His ability to be hands-on or lead cross-functional teams accelerates our client’s medical development programs from concept to market release.

With more than 20 years working in the development medical devices, Mary is a driving force within Full Spectrum’s engineering team. With deep experience with ISO 13485 and FDA 510(k) processes, she leads the Full Spectrum software group while providing her program management and risk mitigation insights to our clients. Mary and her team have a large portfolio of successes spanning her 20-year Full Spectrum career, bringing some of the most complex medical systems to market in collaboration with our clients.

Coreen has worked in the finance/accounting field for professional services companies for the last 30 years. Most recently, she worked for Foliage/ Altran US/ Capgemini US through the acquisition of each. She has a strong background in project accounting, revenue recognition, and process implementation and documentation. Coreen has also been involved in financial statement analysis and budget preparation for the last 30 years. Coreen focuses on making sure that we have the financial systems, payroll management, and internal department structure in place to support the exciting and complex work here at Full Spectrum.

Harry has a Bachelor's Degree from Stonehill College, and is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience providing support to internal employees as well as management teams. He has worked in several industries including Consulting, Medical Facilities, Entertainment, and Financial Institutions. His experience covers all phases of Human Resources as a Generalist and Manager. He believes that Human Resources is a critical cog in the wheel of any successful business and considers it his priority to have a company culture that supports and empowers its employees.

David Vogel was the founder and president of Intertech Engineering Associates, Inc. from 1982 to the 2020 merger with Full Spectrum. Intertech had served the medical device industry by providing medical device development and validation engineering services for a large variety of device manufacturers. During that tenure, he participated in hundreds of medical device projects for clients. David was also an active participant with a joint AAMI/FDA workgroup to develop a standard for Critical Device Software Validation which was subsequently included in the IEC 62304 Software Lifecycle Standard. He worked with other joint AAMI/FDA workgroups to develop Technical Information Reports (TIR32:2004) for Medical Device Software Risk Management, and TIR36:2007 on the Validation of Software for Regulated Processes. As the author of Medical Device Software: Verification, Validation, and Compliance (2010, Artech Publishing), and as an AAMI instructor, Dave created and taught an AAMI workshop based on his textbook for nearly 10 years. David received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and from the University of Michigan he earned a master’s degree in bioengineering, a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering, and a doctorate in bioengineering.<br /> Dave has been honored with an Outstanding Achievement Award in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and was named as one of MD&DI Magazine’s “100 Notable People in the Medical Device Industry”.
