Our client, a startup, was developing a new nanochip fluidic device for identification of genomic variation, with intended application to clinical care, research, and therapeutics. The client was looking for a development partner who could develop the complete software solution for the instrument, including GUI, workflow image processing, device control and reporting in parallel with their team, who were developing the instrument hardware.
